HBC Youth ministry

Youth going into 7-12 grades for Fall 2025 are invited to Heartland Youth Summer Camp this June from the 12th to 14th (Thursday to Saturday). Our location for camp this summer is at Camp Comeca near Cozad, Nebraska. Our camp's theme this year is God's Peace in an Anxious World. We will look to God's Word for help and direction for dealing with the issue of anxiety, fear, worry, and even depression.

The mission of Heartland Student ministry is “to glorify God by supporting parents with godly, equipped adult leaders who proclaim the gospel to their child(ren) and bring God’s Word to bear on their child’s life in the context of genuine discipleship that aims for spiritual maturity in Christ while under the umbrella of the local church.”

Heartland Youth ministry welcomes all students in 6th to 12th grade. We have at least two adults present at all youth ministry events. Feel free to come check us out! We typically meet at the Heartland House every Wednesday at 6:45 PM until 8:15 PM. Students are taught from various Scriptures about matters of the Gospel and the Christian Life. On Wednesday evenings, we typically have a game/activity, food, singing, and teaching and small group discussion.

We carry out our mission by explaining the Bible to students in age-appropriate lessons, having small group discussion, having fun in a safe and welcoming environment, and having consistent communication with parents.
